Job Summary:

We're seeking an aggressive and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the K-12 Edtech sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network. FRESHER CAN APPLY!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers in the K-12 segment
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (School Administrators, Principals, Teachers)
• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Support)
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share
• Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong network and connections in the K-12 segment
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 70%)

Desirable Skills:

• Graduate in any streams Or Specialisation in Marketing or Sales
