Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Analysis

Assist in gathering data from various sources.

Perform basic data analysis and report findings to senior analysts.

• Requirement Gathering

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.

Document and communicate requirements clearly to the team.

• Process Mapping

Support in creating and updating process flowcharts and documentation.

Work with teams to understand and map current processes.

• Market Research & Benchmarking

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices.

Provide insights that support business decisions.

• Report Generation

Assist in creating weekly/monthly reports on project progress and key performance indicators.

Present findings in a structured manner.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualities: Team player, eager to learn, self-motivated, and a proactive attitude.
