Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and engaging with potential clients or partners through LinkedIn, managing lead data efficiently, and supporting the sales and marketing team with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn through targeted searches, filters, and outreach strategies.
• Outreach Campaigns: Plan and execute personalized outreach campaigns (InMail, connection requests, follow-ups).
• Data Handling: Collect, organize, and maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems(e.g. GoHighlevel, ClientTether).
• Content Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to create or share relevant content aimed at engagement and relationship building.
• Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Networking: Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential leads through regular follow-ups.
• You will be provided 10-15 LinkedIn accounts and need to maintain the process. Your major work will revolve around LinkedIn and how to sell on LinkedIn.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with LinkedIn(professional networking platform), LinkedIn tools like Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
• Basic understanding about CRM tools (e.g., GoHighlevel, ClientTether).
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Engaging and communicating in a friendly work environment.
• Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or similar role is always a plus but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or having a digital marketing background is a plus as well.
