Full job description:

Role Summary:

The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources department with daily operational tasks, including recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining records. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and learn the inner workings of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in job postings on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Support in onboarding new employees by preparing orientation kits and coordinating induction sessions.

Employee Engagement

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Gather employee feedback and prepare reports.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and update databases.
• Support payroll processing by collecting relevant data.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Learning & Development

• Help organize training sessions and workshops.
• Track training attendance and feedback.

General Support

• Address basic employee queries related to HR policies.
• Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
