Position : HR Intern

JOB ROLE :

Monthly Stipend: 3000-5000 (Get the opportunity to work directly with the management team)

Type of the job: Internship, On Site Location: North Dum Dum, Kolkata

Working days: Monday to Friday (alternative Saturdays)

Work Timings: 10AM to 6PM

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Business Development Executive to anchor and expand our various segments at Atraski. You will be involved in hands-on experience and carry out various aspects of Business Development, making proposals and pitches, market research and strategizing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and HR-related databases.
3. Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and processing termination paperwork.
4. Assist in benefits administration, including enrolling new employees in benefit plans and responding to employee inquiries about benefits.
5. Assisting employee relations issues, including documenting employee complaints, conducting investigations, and providing support to managers and employees.
6. Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events and activities, such as employee training sessions, wellness programs, and employee recognition events.
7. Salary Inputs

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
