Role Overview:

As our Digital Marketing & Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in attracting potential candidates and talented individuals to join our matchmaking services as freelancers. 

Your responsibilities will include:

1.      Developing and executing social media and digital marketing strategies to recruit matchmakers.

2.      Managing social media platforms and creating engaging content to connect with our target audience.

3.      Utilizing email marketing, and other digital channels to drive lead generation for candidates.

4.      Identifying and implementing innovative recruitment techniques to source qualified candidates for matchmaking roles.

5.      Finding the right people to join our team 

Requirements:

1.      Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and brand building.

2.      Strong knowledge of social media platforms, and email marketing.

3.      Excellent English communication and networking skills.

4.      Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus.
