Hiring for UI Designer Intern ( Freshers)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated UI Designer Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about user interface design and eager to learn and grow in a professional setting. The UI Designer Intern will work closely with our design team to create engaging and intuitive digital experiences that delight our users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
3. Develop visual designs and UI assets for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and optimize designs.
4. Work with developers to ensure the implementation of designs that maintain design integrity and usability.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI design and usability principles.
6. Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
7. Communicating with clients about layout and design.
8. Creating a wide range of graphics-UI/UX and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, banner, brochure, website, mobile apps designing.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills and creative thinking. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
3. Understanding of basic front-end languages (HTML, CSS) is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4. Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
