Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist in recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
- Support onboarding and maintain employee records
- Handle attendance tracking and HR documentation
- Organize employee engagement activities
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and videos to enhance brand visibility
- Plan and run paid promotions and ad campaigns
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement
Social Media Handler:
- Manage day-to-day social media interactions (respond to comments, messages, and inquiries)
- Track analytics and performance metrics to improve engagement
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media trends
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and creative writing skills
- Knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
