Job: HR Internship (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Kolkata – New Town (Work from Office)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: Rs.1,000 – Rs.3,000 per month

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Certification: Provided upon successful completion

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and other HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Maintain HR databases and ensure timely updates.
• Assist in drafting HR policies and reports.
• Handle general administrative and clerical tasks related to HR.

Requirements:

• Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and MS Office tools.
