Job Title: HR Intern (Recruitment)

Location: Kolkata (In-office)

Duration: Internship (Full-time)

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Intern to join our team and assist in various aspects of the recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources and recruitment. You will be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various roles. Successful interns may be offered a permanent position based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, profile validation, follow-up, engagement, offer negotiation, and successful placement.
• Source candidates from job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) and post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Ensure a high conversion ratio from profile submittals to interviews and successful placements.
• Assist in various HR tasks as required.
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities as the need arises.
• Maintain and update candidate records on various platforms (Excel, ATS).
• Actively participate in developing and improving recruitment processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A dynamic, go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Flexible mindset with a keen interest in learning HR-related functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office tools.
• Experience in using social media and networking for recruitment is a plus.
• Ability to source candidates based on job specifications and client requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Stipend: Rs.7,000.00 - Rs.12,000.00 per month
