Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Newtown , Kolkata
Duration: 3 months
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
- Support interview scheduling and coordination
- Help with onboarding and documentation
- Maintain HR records and databases
- Learn and support various HR functions as needed
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or a related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Stipend: Up to Rs.5,000.00 per month
