Full job description

 Responsibilities:

1.  Handling non-IT requirements for Domestic clients.
2.  Recruiting Life Cycle: Sourcing, Screening & Validation, Profile Sharing & follow-up, engagement, Offer Negotiation, and hiring/onboarding/successful placement for the assigned requirement.
3.  Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Shine), Making job postings on the Job Portal or LinkedIn.
4.  Achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
5.  Should be able to do other work related to HR as and when required.
6.  Should be able to take up additional responsibilities as and when required.

Skills Required:

1.  Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
2.  Dynamic/Go-getter/ Smart/ Energetic / Good Attitude/ willing to learn and flexible mindset to learn different things in HR.
3.  Highly organized and detail-oriented.
4.  Highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment
5.  Should have sound working skills in Microsoft Excel.
6.  Experience in hiring using social media and networking is highly preferred.
7.  Must have good experience in sourcing profiles based on job specifications and skillsets as per clients’ requirements.
