Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and support various HR functions. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources while working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries and booking requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
2. Manage and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients and homestay partners.
3. Provide detailed information about our homestay options, highlighting features and benefits to potential customers.
4. Resolve booking issues and handle customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources,
2. Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Eagerness to learn and develop HR skills.
7. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
